Desk and Exam Copy Information

Requests are honored at the discretion of the press staff when sufficient stock of the title is available. We do not honor requests for more than two copies of a single title.

Desk Copies

Complimentary desk copies are issued to faculty members when a title has been adopted for classroom use. To receive a desk copy, we require a written request submitted on school letterhead containing the following information:

  • Course I.D. and/or Name
  • Projected Enrollment
  • Name of bookstore to which your order was placed (such as: local/campus bookstore)

Once this information is received your desk copy request will be processed.

Exam Copies

Exam copies are issued to faculty members who wish to review a title for possible course adoption. Submit your written request on school letterhead with the following information:

  • Course I.D. and/or Name
  • Projected enrollment
